She Doesn't Have A Trainer

While Emily's abs seem to top wish lists and millions envy the star's ripped torso, Emily herself has revealed that there's no pro team behind the body.

"I don't have a trainer, and I don't really go to the gym. I go on long walks and hikes with my girlfriends. That's about it. I'm just not a crazy fitness person. I'm definitely an outlier in the industry," she told The New York Times. "And doing yoga a couple of times a week is a really big part of my regimen."

She Works Out At Night

Emily has her eye on her beauty sleep, and she's found a hack that works.

"For me, the way I sleep afterwards is one of the main reasons to work out. I am always on my phone working and I think that's affected my sleep. I'm also really light-sensitive. When I work out, it's better than taking a melatonin. Because my body has worked hard, my brain finally rests and I think that is so valuable in this day and age — not to sound like an old geezer, but truly I feel that way," the Versace ambassador told InStyle.

She Eats Healthy

Emily loves pastries and pizza but is also into salads and whole foods. The Mayo Clinic guides readers by advising to eat a diet with "a variety of foods from the major food groups: fruits; vegetables; whole grains; low-fat dairy products and lean protein, including beans and other legumes, nuts and seeds; and healthy fats."

She's Not Veggie

Emily isn't vegan or vegetarian and has revealed: "You know, I'm a carnivore. I really like to eat meat. I crave iron, so I am definitely not the kind of person who you will find eating a salad."
