Posting with a chilled lounger snap as she rocked a stylish two-piece, Simone delighted her followers, also putting a new spin on the age-old "how to get a bikini body."

Putting her Gold Medal body on show, Simone stunned while modeling a one-shouldered and skintight bikini in elegant panel prints. Going for royal blue, white, and pops of gold, the athlete sizzled while flaunting her cheesegrater abs and gym-honed legs, also drawing attention to her cute belly button piercing.

Speaking of her routine and mentioning her diet, Simone has stated:

"In the morning, I usually get up between 7:40 a.m. and 7:45 a.m., and then I'll brush my teeth, do my hair, and just throw on my leotard and my clothes and go to the kitchen. I make breakfast, which is usually Kellogg's Red Berries or egg whites, and then I go to the gym that's only 10 minutes away."

Packing In Protein

Simone added, "I have practice from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and then I drive home and eat lunch, which is either chicken or fish so I get the protein."

Biles is, however, known for a love of cheat foods and regularly updates her Instagram with photos of her pizza, pasta, and French toast breakfasts. She'll even throw in a weekend mimosa with it!
